Child Support New Hire Information Processing
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive procurement to secure the services of a vendor to perform Delaware’s SDNH function. The selected contractor will implement and operate an automated system for collecting, storing and extracting information reported by employers on new hires to meet all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and DTI requirements. The vendor solution must accept reports in multiple formats, provide data entry, quality assurance and employer outreach services for Delaware’s New Hire Reporting Program.
