Child Support Enforcement System
The Office is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain the services of a vendor to provide Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) services.
To meet increasing customer service demands, manage growing and changing caseloads, improve automation of processes, and attract and retain a changing workforce, the Division is incrementally renewing or transforming the existing child support system, Texas Child Support Enforcement System (TXCSES), using newer technologies.
