Psychologist shall be responsible for and applies psychological procedures and techniques, including interviewing, behavioral assessment, cognitive- behavioral therapy, and psychological testing/psycho diagnostic testing, in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and neuropsychological disorders with children.
