The selected contractor will provide personnel to assist in the process of consolidating the web-based ACES and the LAN-based CNS into one web-based system written in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. The purpose of this RFSP is to contract with one or more computer consulting firms on a time-and-materials basis for the services of two programmers/analysts.
