This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The USPFO for Utah intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which will be subject to annual extension but will not exceed a period of five years, for childcare services to support the above mentioned Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program. The government does not intend to pay for information received in response to this posting, and there is no guaranteed minimum amount to be awarded under this BPA. Orders will be made by placing individual calls against the BPA. The quantities of events and labor hours listed within this posting are estimates of the quantities that may be purchased over the term of the BPA.
