Child Care Time and Attendance Payment System
This Request for Proposal seeks responses from all interested parties who can implement and host a single, automated Child Care Time and Attendance Payment System to be used by all local social services districts outside of New York City. This system must allow for the management of the child care subsidy program as prescribed by Title 18 of the New York State Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR), and include modules for automated time and attendance tracking, accurate payment calculations, interfaces to designated statewide systems, eligibility determination, and ongoing management of the child care subsidy program.
