Child Care Financial Assistance Program
The desired objective is to improve the service clients receive when they apply for this benefits by modifying the current ESD application (known as Form 202) to capture the additional data needed to
determine eligibility for child care. This data will be passed to the BFIS system; eligibility will be determined and reported back to the ACCESS system utilized by ESD. Changes to both systems will be
necessary to accomplish this task.
