Chemistry Auditorium Renovations
The scope of work consists of the demolition of the existing aged finishes inside the auditorium, to include seating, carpet, paint, concrete finish, wall finishes, etc. Finishes selection will require that the room acoustics be considered. The scope of work includes upgrading the existing audio-visual systems, projection screen, lighting & acoustics. A new AV projection equipment closet will be added. The existing auditorium will be renovated to include a new dedicated air handling unit. The existing air handling unit will be demolished. The project has a required completion date of August 1, 2014.
