Chemicals
To establish a contract with a vendor for various chemicals per the stated bid specifications described. The contract would be for a period of approximately six months (06 months) from date of award. No maximum or minimum quantities are guaranteed. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities as needed. The State will be responsible only for items received.
