Chemical/Biological Technologies FY2019 Program Build
The purpose of this Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) is to solicit proposals for the Chemical and Biological Technologies (CBT) Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Program Build. This solicitation is an extramural endeavor focused on seeking optimum approaches to meet technology objectives within the following areas: Detection - Chemical and Biological, Information Systems Capability Development, Protection - Individual and Collective, Hazard Mitigation, Threat Agent Science, Medical Pretreatments, Medical Diagnostics, Medical Therapeutics, and Threat Surveillance - Chemical and Biological. DTRA is seeking optimum approaches to meet technology objectives within the aforementioned areas, with a goal to identify and select science and technology projects that can be transitioned to joint acquisition programs. Proposals may only address the current topics presented within this BAA.
