The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide a annual maintenance & repair services for the Tempsys CheckPoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System. Interested responsible sources must submit a summary of their capabilities to this office by 11:00 am CST on Monday, September 16, 2019, to include detailed description of any and all experience associated with annual maintenance & repair services for the Tempsys CheckPoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System. Please also submit a DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to Della.Bond@va.gov; Telephone inquiries will not be considered or returned. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes to determine availability of qualified vendors and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The procurement will be completed under NAICS 811219. Please note that this is not a request for proposal and the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. SCOPE The VA Illiana Health Care System Medical Center located in Danville, IL utilizes the Tempsys CheckPoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System to continuously monitor the environment within various points of the Danville VA Medical Center. The Danville VA Medical Center requires contractor support for annual maintenance, repair, and reporting services to keep the system continuously operational. Contractor shall provide annual maintenance & repair services for the Tempsys CheckPoint Wireless Temperature Monitoring System and to make sure continuous support and the newest technical and operational developments are current. Contractor shall monitor and maintain all check point devices and send monthly report during all periods of performance. Annual period of performance will be from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 and four optional years starting from October 1,2020 to September 30, 2024; concluding September 30, 2024.
