Charged-Off Energy Efficiency Loans
The Proposer shall have the ability to offer a complete range of collection services necessary for handling charged-off energy efficiency loans through direct contact and legal action as required. Compensation will be provided on a contingency basis in accordance with collection fee rates established in the resulting contract.
