Chapel Renovation Design Build
The Lebanon Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) intends to issue a Request for (RFP) for the *********** of a design/build project to perform chapel *********** Number To Be Determined). The purpose of this project is to replace the system, install new ********* design and install a new VAV (variable air volume) system, refinish and reinstall the existing pews and pulpit furniture, install storage, upgrade the finishes, install 5,000 (five thousand) square feet of carpet/flooring, and dispose of 2,484 (two thousand four hundred eighty-four) square feet of asbestos tile. The magnitude of the Project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Work shall be performed at the Lebanon VAMC located at 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042.
