PRON: AX5F0014AX; NOUN: Channel, Aircraft; NSN: 1560-01-586-4838; P/N: 70212-02112-149; Min/Max qty of 60/445 each on a 5 year Basic + 4 Option type contract with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 60 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 75 each in year 2; 90 each in year 3; 110 each in years 4 & 5 until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286) because the data needed to purchase this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All prospective manufacturers, or distributors, seeking to compete for a solicitation for Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command (AMCOM) Spares, for any restricted source parts, are required to be an AMCOM approved source. To obtain approval, vendors must submit a SAR package, for review and approval, to the Engineering Directorate (ED), Quality Engineering Division. Source approval must be obtained prior to being considered for contract award. Approvals are made on an individual part number basis for a specific manufacturing location (CAGE). Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by following the SAR submission guidance provided on the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar.

The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
