Champlain CHC HR Steering Committee
The Community Health Centres of the Champlain LHIN are inviting Consultants to submit a proposal to assist the sector in selecting a performance appraisal system that will meet the needs of nine CHCs in the region. The successful consultant will work with the Champlain CHC HR Steering Committee (CCHSC) to define needs and priorities, research and recommend a performance appraisal (PA) method, process and system that would meet the identified needs and provide recommendations on how to proceed with implementation strategies.
