Certified Public Accountants for annual audit services
The firm selected will provide, as part of the contract, the
audit services such that each financial audit shall be planned to preclude the
necessity of exceptions arising from scope limitations. The scope of each audit
shall be sufficient to enable the auditor to issue a management letter as well as an
opinion on the basic financial statements and the preparation of the Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report.
