Certified Occupational Therapy Assistance

The goal of this project is to provide CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
ASSISTANT SERVICES for the Center and its affiliated Waiver Programs.
II. SCOPE OF WORK
The individual or organization that the Department enters into a contract shall provide certified
occupational therapy assistant services as follows:
Express in an hourly-rate certified occupational therapy assistant services up to a
maximum 1,800 hours (1 COTA) per fiscal year. The COTA may provide therapy
services and supports as directed by the Department to clients of the Division who receive community-based services in addition to
services provided to the Center.
