This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Set-Aside Status: This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses
System for Award Management: The Contractor must be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov. "Registered in the SAM database" means that (1) the contractor has entered all mandatory information, including the DUNS number or the DUNS+4 number, into the SAM database; and (2) The Government has validated all mandatory data fields and has marked the record "Active."
Contract Type: The Government is contemplating issuance of a multiple award BPA pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13. The purpose of this advertisement is to procure training material and examination products for the Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) exam. This requirement is to provide materials and examination voucher for up to 150 users.
The CGFM exam is in three parts:

RESPONSES to this RFQ shall be received no later than 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Late quotes may not be considered for evaluation.
