Centrally Held, Open End Contracts for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services
The Department is seeking to centrally contract with numerous Professional Architectural and Engineering Firms in order to perform a full range of Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the System's institutions and for other Commonwealth entities at the System's sole discretion. For the System's institutions, a request for services will either come from the University or from the Office of the Chancellor. Projects will be located at the 14 state-owned universities: Bloomsburg, California, Cheyney, Clarion, East Stroudsburg, Edinboro, Indiana, Kutztown, Lock Haven, Mansfield, Millersville, Shippensburg, Slippery Rock, and West Chester Universities of Pennsylvania, Dixon University Center in Harrisburg, and the various University branch campuses. Universities and the Office of the Chancellor will solicit proposals from contracted firms to provide all types of architectural and engineering services in 5 Categories of Service that include (A) Full-Service Architectural and Engineering Services, (B) Miscellaneous Architectural Services, (C) Miscellaneous Engineering Services, (D) Specialty Services, Categorized, and (E) Specialty Services, Uncategorized.
