The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for production and distribution of license plates and registration cards. It is the intent of BMV to contract with a vendor that provides the services required to produce and distribute license plates and registration cards for the BMVs Resequencing Project beginning December 1, 2009.
