Central Vacuum Preventative & Remedial Maintenance
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Preventive Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance for nine (9) Central Vacuum Systems located in B9001 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. The Contractor shall also provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clothing, to include reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc.); hearing and eye protection, to include prescription safety glasses; safety harnesses; fall protection equipment; lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment and post locations is listed in Appendix A. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein, conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the PWS. The Contractor shall be responsible for identifying optimum operating parameters for each system, and for maintaining performance and functionality of the systems. The Contractor shall be responsible for repair of leaks in the piping system to restore vacuum pressure levels. The equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Materials CLIN is contemplated. The proposed Period of Performance is 1 September 2014 - 31 August 2017. The estimated award date is 15 August 2014.
