The City of Fort Worth is requesting proposals for Evaluation, Planning, Design, and Development of long term capacity plans and construction plans for utility relocation of storm, water, sanitary sewers systems and water delivery systems for the Trinity River Vision-Central City Project and the area defined as the Trinity Uptown Project. The prime consultant will also be responsible for full implementation of these utility relocation plans as the project design and construction manager for the city.
