Central Business District Design/Develop Standards
The Agency is seeking proposals from qualified firms to update and revise the City’s Central Business District Design and Development standards. It is anticipated that this will involve revisions to the zoning regulations, an update to the City’s zone district map, revisions to architectural standards and an updated visioning concept for the City Center. This concept will include, but not be limited to, the use and design of available and future public space and strategic land acquisition and will involve a move away from traditional downtown design concepts in a manner which recognizes the existing built environment and capitalizes on strategically located private developments.
