The Contractor shall install, activate, and program a Government-provided Central Alarm Monitoring System (CAMS), connected via radio signal using repeaters, and secondary telephone line supplied by the government as required, to the US Embassy Georgetown, Guyana. The alarm system, when activated, shall sound an alarm at the Embassy base operations center (called "Alarm Center") and shall be able to monitor all alarm soundings.
As a part of the installation, the contractor shall perform a pre-installation site survey. As a part of this survey, the contractor shall determine if additional repeater stations are required to ensure continuous connectivity between individual residences and the central monitoring station.
The Contractor shall train Government employees on how to perform routine maintenance activities. Training shall also be provided on how to disassemble/remove systems out of vacated residences and reinstall systems into new residences as will be required when diplomatic personnel rotate-in and -out of the embassy.
