Center for Student Success Building
The CM/GC?s role for this project shall include construction of the New Center for Student Success Building and all associated landscape and hard scape. The CM/GC?s work will include anything within the building footprint and the associated work for the landscape and hard scape footprint but will not include work outside this footprint which includes the parking lot reconfiguration and off site utilities, along with street improvements.
