Center for Health Management Research: Request for Proposals (RFP): Spring 2009 Funding Cycle
The Center for Health Management Research (CHMR), a program of the
Health Research and Educational Trust (HRET), of the American Hospital Association, is
pleased to announce its annual request for research proposals (RFP). CHMR expects to
fund one proposal for the 2009 2010 annual research cycle. The winning proposal will
be announced in May 2009, after the CHMR semiannual (spring 2009) meeting in Chicago.
At least two finalists will be invited to the May 2009 meeting to present their research to
CHMR health system members and the CHMR senior management team. The scope of
proposed research projects under this RFP should be achievable within a 12-month period
(starting July 2009) and a total budget (including a 9% indirect cost rate) of approximately
$100,000.
