The Center for Progress (CEP), the leader of the National Community Tax Coalition(NCTC), is accepting proposals to redesign the NCTC website. Phase 1, the subject of this RFP, will result in the creation of a Site Requirements brief. Following completion of the Site Requirements, NCTC will issue a separate RFP for Phase 2 to select a vendor to create the new website in 2009 when have the necessary funding available.
