Census Envelopes
THIS IS A RE-BID OF 2553-S. These specifications cover the manufacture of custom designed window and non-window envelopes requiring such operations as manufacture and construction, composition, reproducibles, printing in up to two Pantone ink colors, packing, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period of July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015) and 4 option year periods (July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016; July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017; July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018; and July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019). Anticipate 146 orders per year. Up to 5,000,000 envelopes per order. Print face only or face and back after construction. Various envelope sizes will be ordered. Orders will require 10 to 20 workdays for complete production and delivery.
