This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside; therefore, only eligible parties may submit an offer. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Presidio of Monterey is soliciting quotes for commercial Cemetery Grounds Maintenance services.
Solicitation, W9124N-14-T-0014 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-73. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730 and the Size Standard is $7.0M. Projected period of performance is 17 June 2014 through 16 June 2015 and includes 4 Option Years from 17 June 2015 through 16 June 2019. Phase-In period is included. A site visit will be conducted and all pertinent information is included in the attached solicitation document(s).
The Government intends to issue a single award to the responsible offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Acceptability and Price. It is the offeror's responsibility to furnish all information required in accordance with the solicitation to enable the Government to determine acceptability of the submitted offer.
