The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Miles City MT has a requirement for the installation of:
Cement Pads for Feed Mill Bins
Amber Waves Inc. feed mill bins: cement pads, 3 total pads.
3 Pads for 1650 Bin
18' x 18'x 18", W/2-#5 rebar grids, 18" on center both way
Attached in one file is the RFQ SF18, T/C and drawings
It is up to the prospective offeror to make all engineering calculations with regard to grading, concrete mix and compaction etc. to insure that the pads can support bins after the bins are installed and filled with product.
Site Visit
Prospective offerors should visit the site prior to submitting offers to fully acquaint themselves as to existing conditions, conditions under which the work will be done, regulations of the department regarding work on the site, use of services, roads, utilities, etc, and other relevant matters. Failure on the part of the offeror to inspect the premises will not relieve the contractor from and responsibility for satisfactory and proper completion of this contract. The site visit will be held on 7-18-2017 10am with Luke Sturtliff 406-874-8235
