Cellular Phones & Mobile Services
The proposal request includes pricing for standard service plans, phones, air cards, net books (if available)
and accessories for both domestic (USA and territories) and International (all countries capable of cell
service reception). The Request for Proposal will be divided into sections which explain the general contract
requirements as well of the particular needs of the State and Regents Institutions. Bidders may bid on
Domestic Service, International Service or both. The State and Regents reserves the right to award
contracts singularly or in concert to those vendors offering the best price, service coverage and performance
in each area requested.
