Cellebrite UFED Upgrades
This is a combined synopsis/soicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance witht he format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-14-EL-0069 is being used as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and attached incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition CIrcular 2005-74. NAICS 334220 - Size Standard 750 employees. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Cellebrite/software upgrades rading up to Ultimate Touch Cellebrite Units to include physical and logical licenses and add-on licenses to already upgraded units. Please see attached document for requirement information. All quotes must also include first year logical software updates, live tech support, and new cables; first year logical and physical software updates, live tech support, and new cables; and first year physical software updates, live tech support, and new cables. Shipping and handling charges shall be included in quote. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis. Alternate quotes shall not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. In accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, teh Government intends to issue a singl firm fixed price purhcse order to the responsive, responsible offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). A Limited Sources Justification is attached. This is a BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT only. Any questions must be submitted in writing no later than June 27, 2014 at 4:00pm EST. The deadline for quotes is July 2, 2014 at 4:00pm EST.
