This Sources Sought Notice is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed purchase is for brand name or equal products to the FACSArial Fusion S6 instrument. Please Submit product information in reference to SS-NIAID-1975835 and register on the interested in venders list.
This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1000.
The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to purchase the FACSArial Fusion instrument or equal instrument that meets this equipment's specifications. Please see attached equipment list.
