Celilo Levee Pump and Motor Replacement
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation W9127N19Q0067 for Celilo Pumphouse Vertical Turbine Line Shaft Pump and Motor Replacement is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03.
This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code of 333611-Water turbines manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1500 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. A Firm-fixed price contract using NAICS 333611 shall be awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland, District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to purchase a vertical turbine pump and the associated removal of the existing pump and installation of the new pump at Celilo Park.
