Ceiling Upgrades
All work must be performed in accordance with standard industry practices and International Airport security requirements.
1. The ceiling is approximately 8,000 sq. ft.
2. New tiles shall be Certainteed BioShield CM 450 or equal alternate, with 2 cross tees installed in the existing grid system.
a. Minimum: in thickness
b. Moisture resistant
c. BioShield or Anti Bacterial tiles
3. The successful Bidder shall remove and dispose of all existing tiles. (the Airport reserves the right to salvage any good tiles).
4. The successful Bidder will be responsible for reinstalling all speakers and fire alarm devices.
5. All remaining grids shall be leveled, wiped and cleaned prior to installation of new tiles.
6. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials for above mentioned work.
