Ceiling Increase Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
The United States Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), Huntsville , Alabama on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Aviation for the Aircraft Managed by the Apache Attack Helicopter (AHH) Project Manager`s Office (PMO). ACC submits the following synopsis to announce the intent of the US Army to negotiate, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, an increase in the contract ceiling W58RGZ-14-D-0045. The current contract for which this notice is issued, is a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract awarded in March 2014.This contract modification will provide additional engineering services and technical support required for the aircraft managed by the AAH PMO. The ceiling increase will provide for the continuation of uninterrupted services and technical support to the AAH PMO. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be restricted to the Boeing Company (Cage Code 8V613), Mesa, AZ, the original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor will be required to provide support to the AAH PMO for the various AH-64 Apache configurations in the areas of engineering and technical: testing, analysis, component and sub-system integration and qualification, program management, product assurance, and configuration management. In addition the contractor shall be required to provide materials that are incidental to the performance of the support services as required by the individual task orders issued under the contract.
