This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS Code 813110 and SIC Code 8661 with the business size standard as $7,000,000. If the small business set-aside is dissolved for full and open competition, this RFQ will NOT be reposted to the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Quotes from all business sizes are encouraged.
