Catholic Priest Services - SJAFB
Seymour Johnson AFB, Goldsboro, North Carolina requires Catholic Priest services to be provided at the base Chapel beginning 16 September 2018. This contract will be for a base period of 1 year, and 4 option periods in addition to a 6-month option to extend if necessary.
This is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. Interested and capable vendors must be able to show proof of endorsement by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS). All work to be performed is detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work shall be accomplished on the days specified and between the hours specified, but the exact schedule will be negotiated with the Chapel after award.
All offers shall be evaluated by lowest price technically acceptable with proof of AMS endorsement.
All offers shall include the cost of service per month and total cost per period of performance. Quotes shall be sent to A1C Brady Beauchamp, brady.beauchamp@us.af.mil, and 1st Lt Kevin Love kevin.love.5@us.af.mil. Any quotes received after 1 PM EST, 21 August 2018 shall not be considered for award.
The Goverment reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with providing a quote.
Offerors may return the SF 1449 attached to this solicitation with their quote price written on it, or may submit their quoted prices by email. Either way, responses to this solicitation shall be considered full understanding and commitment to all clauses and terms provided.
