The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home - Gulfport (AFRH-G) has a requirement for Catholic Chaplain Services.
Period of Performance is for one 12-month base year and four 12-month option years.
Base year: 10/1/2017 - 9/30/2018
Option Year 1: 10/1/2018 - 9/30/2019
Option Year 2: 10/1/2019 - 9/30/2020
Option Year 3: 10/1/2020 - 9/30/2021
Option Year 4: 10/1/2021 - 9/30/2022
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation TFSAAFRG17CI0005 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).
This will be a small business set-aside and associated with NAICS code 813110 with a $7.5mil size standard.
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision.
The applicability of the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items and the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision.
Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
