The contract specialist posted a Sources Sought via email on 5 June 2014 to (62) businesses identified from an SBA
Dynamic Search under NAICS 333120. Two small businesses have been identified as being able to perform the work while being in accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting which states the concern shall perform work for at least 50 percent of the cost of
manufacturing the supplies, not including the cost of materials. We have therefore determined that posting a small business set-aside is appropriate for this requirement.
