Catering Services for the Stuart C. Siegel Center
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed
proposals to establish a term contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified
firm to provide catering services and related staffing and equipment for a period of three
years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods for ALLTEL Pavilion
at the Stuart C. Siegel Center (Siegel Center) at Virginia Commonwealth University (the
lead issuing institution), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. General arena
concessions are not included. The contract is intended to be revenue generating for
VCU.
