Catered Meals at Marseilles Training Center
The Contractor shall deliver prepared meals on dates, at meal times, and in the quantities described in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall supply disposable cutlery, paper plates, cups, knives, forks, spoons, serving utensils, etc. to the Marseilles Training Center, Building A, 1450 Army Road in Marseilles, Illinois 61341. Meals shall be similar to those on the Illinois 21 Day Menu (attached to this solicitation packet as Appendix 1). The Contractor shall not deliver meals more than one hour prior to the specified meal times, and shall remove meals no later than one hour after the end of the meal times. No service other than delivery and disposal of the Contractors' products shall be provided by the Contractor. Dates for deliveries: June 2, 2018 - June 13, 2018.
