The vendor shall provide License Software Technical Support for the Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System (COLTS) for a period of one year. Technical Support includes limted assistance, via telephone or fax, in the use of the Product(s) and the provision of Software and Documentation updates. Software Technical Support specifically excludes assistance in carrying out Licensees actual work. Licensee agrees to request technical assistance only after review of all applicable documentation.
