The County of Monterey Department of Public Works, herein after referred to as COUNTY, extends an invitation to all qualified Engineering firms, hereinafter known as CONSULTANT(S), to submit their proposals, experience, and fee schedule to provide environmental, design, engineering, plans, specifications, right-of-way, and assistance during construction activities for the Castroville Railroad Under Crossing Bicycle/Pedestrian project and as outlined in Section 5.0 Scope of Work.
