Castle Airport Runway Rehabilitation & Pavement Marking
In general, this project comprises furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove rubber from the runway, remove paint on the blast pads, place seal coat on the porous friction course runway, asphalt concrete shoulders and blast pad, and place pavement markings on the Castle Airport runway located north of the City of Atwater.
Drawings, Specifications, and other Documents are on file at the office of the Public Works Department, 345 West 7th Street, Merced, and at other designated locations, where copies may be examined free of charge. Documents may be obtained from the Department of Public Works, Professional Services Division Offices, 345 West 7th Street, Building A, Merced, CA by intending Bidders for the Contract, who are licensed according to law, upon receipt of the non-refundable amount of $25.00 per set on a company check, made payable to County of Merced. (CASH, PERSONAL CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE).
