Cashless Event Parking Solutions
The University is seeking proposals for a Cashless Special Event Parking Solution at a competitive cost(s). The University desires to have the Cashless Special Event Parking Solution fully operational by November 4, 2011.
Bidders responding to this RFP must provide pricing for a turnkey operation, including pricing for the provision of all items necessary to provide a complete, workable and operational system. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder(s) to ensure proposal(s) are sufficient to supply the University with a fully functional system.
The University is seeking a qualified Bidder to provide a turnkey Cashless Special Event Parking Solution(s) at competitive cost(s). This Solution will be used for advance on line reservation, prepayment and on location Event Parking Services utilizing current (bar code, cellular or other) technology for University special event lots located and controlled by the Department. The Bidder(s) response must include product warranty and maintenance proposals for the duration of the contract and any subsequent renewal periods.
