SUBJECT: Preventive maintenance services for Case skid steer loaders.


THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine potential and eligible firms capable of providing the service described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition.

Work Location Requirements -Philadelphia, PA;


Scope - Dealer certified technicians who use NIST traceable standards and procedures shall perform the service, repair and maintenance.
Preventive dealer maintenance services are defined as the following:
• The contractor shall ensure all safety equipment works. This includes, but not limited to, seat-belt switch, lap-bar switch, safety decals, and parking brake.
• The contractor shall ensure all hardware is secure and undamaged.
• The contractor shall ensure the batteries and battery cables are in an operable manner.
• The contractor shall ensure the charging system and starting system is working.
• The contractor shall check for oil leaks and test the cooling system. Any damage to these systems shall be repaired.
• The contractor shall check fluid levels to ensure they are in an operable level.
• The contractor shall perform oil changes as applicable.
• The contractor shall change oil filters as applicable.
• The contractor shall change the fuel filter as applicable.
• The contractor shall change the inner and outer air filters as applicable.
• The contractor shall inspect the drive belt for wear and cracks.
• The contractor shall adjust engine valves.
• The contractor shall ensure the transmission is in an operable manner.
