Case Management for Pregnant and Parenting Teens in the Cal- Learn Program

The County of Solano and its Department of Health and Social Services, hereinafter referred to as the County, intends to secure a contract for case management services for pregnant and parenting teens under the age of 20 who have not received their high school diploma or GED. Participants are part of the Cal-Learn program, a program within the CalWORKs (California Work Opportunity and Responsibility for Kids) program, that addresses unique educational, vocational, training, health, and other social service needs of cash aid dependant pregnant and parenting teens to help them achieve self-sufficiencyrnative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Programs.
