Case Management and Financial Reporting System Services
BRS utilizes a customized, real-time, Citrix-based case management and financial
tracking system, the Indiana Rehabilitation Information System (IRIS). It is used to track
consumers and their direct service costs as they proceed through the Indiana rehabiliation
service delivery system. It is also used to generate management reports.
The successful offeror will maintain the existing case management and financial

reporting system (IRIS), implement program modifications to that system as needed, and
produce management reports to meet operational needs and federal reporting
requirements. The management reports will include regularly scheduled standard reports
as well as intermittent ad hoc reports.
