The County Information Technology Department developed an in-house application to maintain case records and manage payments. This application is considered legacy and lacks features when compared to other off the shelf systems.
Justice Court is soliciting to replace the current software application with a system that meets the current and projected needs of the Court.
The successful vendor(s) will install a turnkey, integrated hardware/software environment for the Court, which will satisfy the specifications contained in this RFP, bringing to bear whatever proposer resources are required from the areas of computer systems hardware, software, technical training, conversion, maintenance and services support.
County desires to contract with a vendor for all new software, software maintenance, installation, conversion and support.
